GREENFIELD, MASS.: Silverthorne Theater Company has announced its 2015 summer season, which will be held at the theatre’s new home at Greenfield Community College’s Sloan Theater.

To kick off the season will be Thornton Wilder’s classic comedy The Skin of Our Teeth (June 25–July 5), in which a New Jersey family struggles to survive humanity’s greatest disasters. Michael Bird and Susanna Apgar will star, and Toby Vera Bercovici will direct.

Following will be the world premiere of Elizabeth Orndorff’s Aidan’s Gift (July 15–19), about two Benedictine monks grappling with inner demons. Steve Henderson, Dan Popovich and Julian Findlay will star. Carmela Lanza-Weil will direct.

Closing the season is Yussef El Guindi’s Pilgrims Musa and Sheri in the New World (July 23- Aug. 2), about a casual hookup between an immigrant cab driver and a waitress at a late-night diner that turns serious. Julian Findlay and Kaitlin Creed Boyd will star. Pilgrim Theater founder Kim Mancuso will direct.
