Luis Alfaro’s bilingual ‘Comedy of Errors’ will be presented as the first of OSF’s Shakespeare translation project.
New York Theatre Workshop’s 2018-19 season will feature a new work by Smith, plus Heidi Schreck, Martyna Majok, Madeleine George, and Jeremy O. Harris.
Next season at the Mark Taper Forum and the Kirk Douglas will feature world premieres by Lucas Hnath and Eliza Clark, plus works by Tracy Letts, Lynn Nottage, and Luis Valdez.
The lineup features five world premieres and a collaboration with Actor’s Theatre of Charlotte.
The D.C. theatre will program 8 plays, including a play about guns by Aaron Davidman, and works by George Brant and Nambi E. Kelley.
Pam MacKinnon’s inaugural season will feature recent plays from Nottage, Backhaus, Udofia, and Yee, as well as classics.
The Colorado theatre will present “Mamma Mia!”, “The Moors,” and a new adaptation of Aphra Behn’s “The Rover.”
The lineup will feature 13 productions, including world premieres by Donnetta Lavinia Grays and Itamar Moses.
The theatre will present four productions at different venues throughout Washington, D.C.
