PRESS RELEASES AND PITCHES
When submitting material for the print issue, please allow for American Theatre’s two-month lead time.
For pitches, please send a query to an American Theatre editor outlining a particular proposal. When sending story ideas, please include a brief résumé and sample clips. All manuscripts are subject to editing.
“ONSTAGE” LISTINGS
American Theatre lists season information (for TCG Member Theatres only) in the magazine’s “OnStage” section. All “OnStage” submissions and corrections must be made online via Theatre Profiles on the TCG website.
All changes must be entered by the 10th of the month two months prior to publication for inclusion in American Theatre. Deadlines can be found here. For questions about “OnStage” or Theatre Profiles, please contact at@tcg.org.
ROLE CALL
Know a theatre person that American Theatre should feature in our monthly “Role Call: People to Watch” section? Recommend them via our open Google Form here.
PHOTO SUBMISSIONS
Production photos may be submitted for “OnStage This Month” by emailing atphoto@tcg.org. Please indicate clearly the title and dates of the show, name of the theatre (or theatres), and the names of each actor and the photographer. Images must be at least 300 dpi and at least 8 inches wide if horizontal and at least 6 inches wide if vertical. For more on our photo specs, go here.
