NEW YORK CITY: Theatre Communications Group has announced that the 2017 TCG National Conference will take place in Portland, Ore., June 8-10. The gathering, titled “Full Circle,” will bring theatre practitioners together for peer connection and professional development.

The conference will also focus on Portland’s role in the “maker” culture—an intersection of technology and DIY practices that dismantles industrialized systems through the return to a more local, human scale.

TCG is accepting programming proposals through Jan. 30, 2017. Registration for the conference will open in early 2017.
