ATLANTA: Theatrical Outfit has announced that managing director Lee Foster will depart the company on Oct. 31, 2017. She will continue in a consulting role to the company through May, 2018, working on the Audience Building Roundtable funded by the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. A search for a new managing director will begin in January.
“Lee Foster has provided stability, tenacity and vision to Theatrical Outfit during her time with us,” said board chair Stephanie Watkins in a statement. “She was just what we needed at the time we needed it. We look forward to building on this momentum as we begin our search for a new managing director.”
Foster began at the Atlanta theatre company three years ago. During her tenure, Theatrical Outfit’s revenue, ticket sales, and audience satisfaction increased.
