Token Theatre Friends: Live at BroadwayCon

The Friends host a live show at BroadwayCon, where they talk with Max Vernon and Diana Oh about queer representation and making non-traditional theatre.

Twice a month on the Token Theatre Friends video series and podcasts, theatre critics (and theatre besties) Jose Solís and Diep Tran bring a POC perspective to the performing arts.

On this episode, recorded live on Jan. 14 at the fourth annual BroadwayCon, a gathering of theatre artists and fans, Diep and Jose welcome artists Max Vernon (KPOPThe View Upstairs) and Diana Oh (My Lingerie Play, The Infinite Love Party). They talk about what they are Kondo-ing out of their lives from 2018, what they’re looking forward to in 2019, making queer theatre, and expanding the definition of what theatre can be.
