This special edition of Brian James Polak’s podcast, which normally interviews a playwright at a time about their craft and career, began taking shape not long after the war began in Ukraine at the end of February, when Brian reached out to friends and colleagues with connections to the country to share their thoughts on the invasion. The result is this gathering of recorded messages by theatre artists from the United States, United Kingdom, Lithuania, Poland, and Ukraine, including Benjamin Bukowski, Abbey Fenbert, Dominika Laster, Charlie Merriman, Kristina Marija Kulinic, Peter Catnt, and Julia Gonchar with music from Mariana Sadovska.
