Zeniba Now Receives Thom Thomas Award From Dramatists Guild Foundation

The honor, given annually to an alumnus of the foundation’s fellows program, comes with $10,000 support.

The 2 writers were honored at last week’s Dramatists Guild Foundation gala.

Both artists will use the award, intended to highlight veteran artists no longer in the limelight, to continue writing.

This year’s class comprises 10 playwrights and musical theatre writers.

In a virtual ceremony hosted by the Dramatists Guild Foundation and the Lillys, Wohl was among a number of awards recipients.

The inaugural grants will support playwrights and the production of new works at theatres across the country.
